Electric Kettle Tea Brewing Method: (refer to the following images or CLICK HERE to watch a video for demonstration.

1. Add 200ml of room temperature water and one Hong Kong-style black tea bag to the electric kettle. The tea bag should be placed flat and completely immersed in the water for about one minute to achieve the best results.
2. Turn on the electric kettle and wait for the water to boil. After 2-3 minutes, turn on the electric kettle again to fully release the tea flavor.
3. Put 2 ounces of evaporated milk in a tea cup, then pour in the black tea. Finally, add 2 teaspoons of sugar, stir and enjoy.
