因此這種用豬排骨和中藥材一起熬煮的湯被稱為肉骨茶
經歷時代變遷,肉骨茶不斷改良,和南洋文化一起流傳至今,香濃美味,風味獨特
不僅是新加坡和馬來西亞的特色美食,也成為了享譽世界的美食
特點:
只添加胡椒和大蒜沒有任何草藥製成味道辛辣,胡椒香氣濃郁,原汁原味新加坡肉骨茶味道
不含味精、防腐劑、色素和調味劑
烹飪方法:
◆將500g (約1磅左右) 的豬骨(或春雞1隻)洗淨焯水備用
◆將豬骨(或春雞) 和一包肉骨茶料包放入鍋中並加入900ml的水
◆慢火燉煮兩個小時左右,完成後可加適量的鹽調味
